Tim Kerr

Tim Kerr joined NAI North Central after acquiring 20 years experience as a construction company owner and financial manager in the development of the Red River Valley area. Tim earned a degree in Finance as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Through NAI's world-wide connections, Tim plans to further his commitment to the region by representing the Red River Valley to an ever-growing network of potential clients.
Randy Cramer

Randy is a 1987 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a B.A. in Business Administration. He has over 23 years of sales experience in a variety of roles.
Prior to joining NAI North Central, Randy played an integral role in the development of Property Resources Group, a new real estate company in Fargo, ND. He was specifically responsible for the creation of a sales department that oversaw the sales and marketing of several thousand residential lots throughout the Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo areas.

Erroll has actively worked in commercial, industrial, and investment real estate for the past 28 years. Erroll has received several top producer awards in commercial-investment real estate sales and leasing. In 1999, Erroll was named the Top Producer in a 17 state region for Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Paul recently joined NAI North Central and brings with him twelve years of real estate experience. In that time, Paul has obtained his real estate brokers license and has been a multiple million dollar sales producer.
Dennis Breske
President / CEO
Dennis started Sioux Falls Commercial after acquiring over eight years experience in the Sioux Falls commercial real estate market. Dennis has completed over 600 commercial real estate transactions and is widely regarded as one of the most professional and knowledgeable agents in the market. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Dennis worked three years for The South Dakota Governor's Office of Economic Development.
Clint Dreyer

Clint Dreyer has been hired as Director of Brokerage Services and an Investment Sales Specialist for NAI North Central. Clint was formerly a commercial real estate broker with NAI Sioux Falls Commercial and has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
